Boneless mince and fish patties made from Baltic Sea bream and ide – the fish that reduces eutrophication.
The carp fish bream and ide have a mild flavour and are easy to season. Thanks to new production lines we can make use of the flesh and turn it into a tasty, completely boneless mince – and turn the mince into fish patties.
When you eat Braxa fish patties from Kalix, you protect the Baltic Sea: for every kilo of bream and ide caught, 8 g of phosphorus and 60 g of nitrogen are removed from the sea. The fishing takes place within the Baltic Fish project using gentle, selective gear. Read more in the Knowledge bank.
