Vendace roe from the Bothnian Bay outside the protected Kalix area – the same craft, a different origin.
Roe from vendace caught in the Bothnian Bay, prepared with the same craft as our Kalix Löjrom. Sold frozen in 75 g and 500 g jars.
Tip: Thaw the roe slowly overnight in the fridge for the very best flavour.
