This year’s vendace fishing is under way! Fishing started on 25 September and lasts roughly 10–14 days. We have had fine days and good fishing so far.
As dusk falls the catch is landed and the intensive work in the factory begins: sorting, cleaning and pressing by hand – all within 24 hours of landing.
