From our own rainbow trout farm (Oncorhynchus mykiss) we mainly produce boneless skin-on fillets, sold both fresh and frozen. We also offer portions, hand-cut cubes and skinless fillets.
Our Swedish-farmed rainbow trout carries the Från Sverige origin label, and since autumn 2024 it has been available as frozen 4 × 125 g portions at Willys, Hemköp, City Gross and Snabbgross. The fish is cut into even portions with the skin on, which keeps the texture juicy and makes cooking easy.
