Gravad (cured), cold-smoked and hot-smoked rainbow trout from our own farm.

We also process our fine rainbow trout into gravad (cured), cold-smoked and hot-smoked products. Our cold-smoked rainbow trout is used, for example, as the base of Urban Deli’s Lox & Lemon bagel – a Swedish alternative to the classic salmon bagel.
